Wells Landers values quality over quantity and treats its employees very well. We have established a best-in-class benefits package to take care of our employees and their families.

Premium Blue Cross Blue Shield Healthcare offers medical, prescription, and vision benefits.

Principal Life offers a premium dental package, long-term and short-term disability coverage, group term life insurance and supplemental life insurance is available for employees, their spouses and children.

Principal Group Term Life Insurance current coverage is 100% of annual salary, up to $300K. Supplemental Life coverage is also available for a small monthly fee for employees, their spouses, and dependent children.

Long-Term Disability Insurance benefits for employees who have a qualifying illness or injury that covers up to 60% of the employees' weekly salary with a maximum-capped benefit of $10,000/month begins after a 90-day period.

Our 401K Retirement Plan contains a wide variety of investment choices managed by a professional investment advisor. Employees may contribute pre-tax dollars up to the maximum legal limit. For plan year 2006, Wells Landers will make safe harbor matching contributions of 100% of your 401(k) contributions that do not exceed 3% of your compensation, plus 50% of your 401(k) contributions that exceed 3%, but not exceed 5% of your compensation. Wells Landers may also make profit-sharing contributions at its discretion, to employees who qualify, these contributions will be allocated annually.

The Profit Sharing Plan enables employees to share in our company's success. We set corporate goals each year and, when they are met, distribute a profit share to each qualifying employee.


Unlike other companies, Wells Landers pays you for all of the hours you bill to a customer. This is an excellent way to increase your take home pay during busy times and to provide exceptional service to clients.

The College Fund Savings Plan for employees with dependents and 3 years of service matches their investment (dollar-for-dollar up to $6,000/year) in an eligible college savings investment fund.

Our Training Benefit Plan encourages employees to stay current with new technology. Wells Landers will match dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000 per year for approved educational courses to include college for-credit courses or vendor technology training.

Wells Landers receives the best hiring recommendations directly from our employees. We believe in richly rewarding these employees who are able to identify and refer candidates who pass our rigorous hiring standards. Employees who recommend successful candidates receive a referral bonus equal to $5,000. The bonus will be paid to staff members whose referral is hired as a regular, full-time employee for a billable position. See bonus plan policy for additional details.

Employees who identify new client opportunities receive the New Business Bonus of up to 5% of the gross revenue earned.

Employees who write and publish technical articles in professional journals receive the Publishing Incentive Bonus of $500 for each article or paper, including conference presentations.

New Business Bonus: Wells Landers encourages and rewards employees who identify and develop new business opportunities. In a consulting company 'Everybody Sells'. The business development plan is comprised of two levels. Level I - Lead Identification - rewards the employee with a quarter percent (.25%) of the revenue captured for simply passing the contact information of a potential opportunity. Level II - Opportunity Capture - rewards the employee with one percent (1%) of the revenue captured for taking an active role in bringing the opportunity to closure. Bonuses will be paid for the term of the contract. Employees will receive either Level I or Level II credit but not both.
